Job Description

Detailed Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and pipeline growth targets.
  • Build short- and long-term territory growth strategies and track execution using CRM and other tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and customer loyalty events.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Alpha’s offerings to support customer decisions including demonstrations supported by Application Engineering.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new accounts and opportunities.
  • Support the execution of global key account strategies at customer sites in the assigned territory.
  • Evaluate and report on sales agents/distributors performance and commission plans.
  • Provide accurate and timely territory sales forecasts of expected business results.
  • Provide timely response to customers including but not limited to sales quotes and product inquiries.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree strongly preferred.
  • Business level fluent in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Business level fluent in Spanish is preferred.
  • Knowledge of polymer and rubber markets is preferred.
  • Experience selling highly technical capital equipment.
  • 5+ years sales and account management experience
  • Experience selling software solutions is a plus.
  • International sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Action-oriented and eager to achieve results.

  • Brazil

Other:

  • Travel: moderate domestic and international.
