Job Description

  • This is a 45+ year old custom solid wood cabinet door manufacturer
  • This company is one of California’s premier cabinet door manufacturers known for their fast turnaround times and top-quality products

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, $60K-$80K base + uncapped commission
  • Full benefits

What The Position is About:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on cabinet dealers, contractors, and builders in the assigned territory
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
  • Represent and promote the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 10+ years of sales experience within the cabinetry or building materials industry
  • Experience selling to dealers and contractors
  • Experience and comfort in hunting and prospecting for new business
  • Familiarity with ordering systems (2020, Amoxi, or similar)
