Job: Strong in execution of sales planning. Work with Regional Sales Manager to build potential business expansion opportunity that lead to the development of EQT products selling. Account management. Manage and identify market trench to create new business pipeline and maintain long term sustainable partnership. Client Relationship. Identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and manning extensive relationships with existing or new customer. Strong problem solving skills to discuss findings and provide possible technical approaches. Drive sales targeted activities, provide sales and inventory forecast to improve revenue performance within the group. Demonstrate expertise in people and performance management through delivering effective coaching interaction activities.
Skill and Qualifications Bachelor degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline At least 5 years sales experience in Semiconductor, final test test environment. Familiar with test handlers, sockets and pins products. Proven track record of success of sales cycle from plan to close
