As we continue to grow across North and South Carolina, we are looking for motivated candidates who are excited about building their career in the Carolinas, including those open to relocating for the right opportunity.

We’re seeking a driven, people-first Solar Area Sales Manager who thrives in the field, builds strong customer relationships, and is passionate about clean energy. This full-time, field-based role includes local travel throughout the NC/SC region and offers the opportunity to grow with a fast-growing renewable energy company.

Requirements

• Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality solar sales
• Partner with an Inside Sales team that helps generate and schedule appointments for Area Sales Managers, allowing you to focus on selling and customer experience
• Analyze homeowners’ energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to customer needs
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies
• Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing earning potential
• Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What You Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience (solar or construction preferred)
• CRM experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation
