Territory Sales Representative (Residential HVAC)

Location: British Columbia (Remote)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and expand relationships with residential HVAC contractors
• Leverage and grow network within the contractor/distributor channel
• Drive adoption of advanced home technology solutions
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities tied to rebate programs and energy efficiency incentives in BC
• Own and grow a territory with a high degree of autonomy

What They’re Looking For

• Proven B2B HVAC sales experience
• Strong connections within the residential contractor network
• Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants a new challenge
• Comfortable operating in a smaller, flexible, fast-moving environment
• Not one-dimensional — adaptable, resourceful, and able to think beyond a traditional sales approach
