How you’ll make an impact
Playa meaningful role in strengthening Canadian agriculture by owning and growing relationships with FCC Alliance partners. As a Territory Relationship Specialist (TRS),you’llprovidevalue-addedsupport andthird-partyfinancingexpertisethat helps crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers better serve their customers through FCC’spoint‑of‑salefinancing programs.
Whatyou’lldo
Work with crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers topromotehow FCC point-of-sale financing can enhance their businesses and better support their customers
Develop andmaintainstrong business-to-business relationships
Execute sales and marketing strategies remotely
Support Senior Relationship Managers with partner requests
Provide training on Alliance products, processes, and tools
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
Adegree in agriculture,businessor commerce and at least three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth knowledge of relationship management processes, third-party financing,marketingand sales
A strong communicator comfortable building relationships with business owners, salesstaffand administrators
A collaborative,team‑orientedmindset with a willingness to support shared goals andoutcomes
Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working at an ag equipment retailer or dealership
A love for agriculture
