Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. We are seeking a Territory Operations Specialist I. This position, under the direction of the Field Operations Territory Manager, will coordinate various field operations initiatives/processes, run reports, and present data to monitor the progress of these initiatives, and facilitate communication to Arthrex Agencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create operational policies and procedures that drive standard practices and compliance both internally and externally.
  • Leads TOS support execution with the Territory Operations Managers in the planning and execution of all assigned Field Operations projects.
  • Manages communications and sends out agency Field Notices as directed by the Field Operations Team and/or Manager.
  • Manages sensitive Agency and sales data that requires discretion
  • Provide cross-departmental support by monitoring SAP for inventory expiration date discrepancies and involving the necessary people to resolve the issue.
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Analyst to create inventory reports as needed for the Territory Operations Management team.
  • Responsible for data mining, developing, interpreting and launching monthly and quarterly open order reports for agencies.
  • Responsible for approving or rejecting agency inventory orders based on utilization.
  • Collaborate with the Field Logistics Services and Loaners and Returns teams with various reports relating to inventory retrieval as directed by Field Operations Management.
  • Actively communicate with Arthrex’s agencies in an effort to support various field initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams when an agency transition occurs to ensure a smooth start.
  • Drives internal and external communications related to product launches and product line extensions.
  • Responsible for training and oversight of the Expired Inventory management process.
  • Travel up to 15% may be required.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage RedSpot inquiries, add requests, transition returns, and housekeeping on RedSpot.
  • Manage tissue scraping and billing.
  • Manage expired inbox.
  • Manage support email for requests for releasing orders, approving orders, and inventory support for agencies.
  • Manage Max on Hand tool to help manage back orders and new deployments.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide RedSpot expired support to agencies
  • Working knowledge of large ERP systems, SAP preferred
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook email experience.

Knowledge:

  • General knowledge of Field Operations and computer skills
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of the team and interact with all levels of management
  • Broad exposure of consignment inventory practices preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills required
  • Understanding of billing processes preferred.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to communicate effectively and manage and instruct personnel appropriately.

Discretion/Latitude:

Work is performed under formal direction. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
