Role Purpose
The Territory Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with the territory's most strategically important customer accounts during a period of maternity cover.
Working three days per week, the role will focus primarily on managing the top 20 accounts within the territory, ensuring customers continue to receive a high level of support, service, and engagement. The role will also provide support for enquiries and opportunities arising across the wider territory, helping to protect revenue, maintain customer loyalty, and identify opportunities for growth.
A significant part of the role will involve regular face-to-face customer interaction, ensuring continuity of relationships and business performance during the maternity cover period.
Due to the importance of maintaining continuity across key customer relationships, the role would particularly suit an individual with existing knowledge of the ruminant sector and experience operating within an Animal Health commercial environment.
