Job Description

As a Territory Manager - Sales (Trade), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization. Your key responsibilities will include achieving sales and revenue targets, identifying and developing distributors, implementing distribution strategies, expanding product availability, and establishing new products in the region. Additionally, you will build effective relationships with channel partners, manage DSO levels, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and execute channel schemes.
  • Achieve primary sales and revenue targets across all assigned products and territories.
  • Identify, select, appoint, and develop distributors in line with organizational policies.
  • Implement distribution strategies as per guidelines to expand product availability.
  • Ensure targeted contribution of new products to overall sales through the retail segment.
  • Establish new products in the region and consolidate market share for existing products.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with channel partners.
  • Manage and attain desired 'daily sales outstanding' (DSO) levels for all channel partners.
  • Ensure strict compliance with channel documentation and organizational policies.
  • Execute channel schemes in adherence to organizational guidelines.
  • Monitor and report market and business intelligence, including market development, competition analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in project sales and product sales.
  • In-depth understanding of retail sales and solutions.
  • Exposure to solutions and product sales.
  • Competence in managing channels, dealers, and retailers.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Keen attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
