The Position
The position of Territory Manager provides you with the opportunity to work in a high performing team while creating values for patients. As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for the effective and ethical promotion of company’s obesity & diabetes products in the assigned territory, mainly within the outpatient sector (niedergelassener Bereich).
In this position:
You will strive to develop market by establishment of strategic relationships with the respective health care specialists (medical doctors and pharmacists).
You will research, analyze, and monitor the market trends within the assigned area and take corrective actions.
You will be executing company’s marketing and medical strategy within the assigned area.
You will be engaged in constant learning and upgrading your scientific and product knowledge.
Qualification
You are a confident and self-motivated individual with a proactive, can-do attitude. Assertive yet cooperative, you thrive in dynamic environments and bring strong communication skills to every interaction. As a true team player, you build positive relationships and contribute with energy and enthusiasm.
In addition, you bring:
State exam for pharmaceutical sales representative “Staatliche Pharmareferentenprüfung”
Master’s degreein life science, business, pharmacy, medicine will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in sales, either in the OTC or pharmaceutical industry
Preferably experience working with GPs, pharmacies or in the private sector would be considered as advantage
Strong business mindset with a passion for achieving impactful results while being organized and efficient, with top-notch time management and planning skills
Detail-oriented and compliant, ensuring quality and integrity in everything you do
Active driver, fluent in German and English, tech-savvy, and open to frequent travel
