Job Description

As a Territory Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your assigned territory, focusing on B2B sales and building relationships with key decision-makers. You will be a vital part of our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department, contributing to our mission of providing innovative electrical and digital solutions.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Builders, Architects, and Government entities.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and site visits.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A results-driven and customer-centric approach to work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
