Job Description

As a Territory Manager - Sales in Sikar , you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales in your assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the company's success.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet customers and attend industry events.
  • Minimum graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering).
  • At least 4-5 years of trade sales experience, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
