Job Description

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop ADS/distributors, retailers and other channel partners
• Expand numeric distribution by appointing new distributors/retailers and developing uncovered markets.
• Drive market coverage and ensure regular visits to key counters.
• Develop business through retailer, electrician and channel activities
• Monitor distributor stock, billing, secondary sales, collections and outstanding.
• Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions and sales campaigns
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share
• Conduct product training and product launches for channel partners and market influencers.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, territory plans and forecasts
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service and Product teams
• Ensure DMS/CRM compliance and timely reporting.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve commercial/operational issues.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to drive business and market development
