Job Description

As a Territory Manager - Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales in the Delhi region. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and electrical product distributors. You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive range of electrical and digital systems, including switches, MCBs, DBs, data cables, and accessories, to these influential decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with top architects, consultants, and key decision-makers in the Delhi market.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to showcase the benefits of our electrical and digital systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products.
  • Collaborate with the specification team to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, ensuring our products are specified in key projects.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads, converting them into successful business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, ensuring effective pipeline management and reporting.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent our company and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, upholding our company's reputation and values.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical products, including switches, MCBs, DBs, and data cables.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and product data sheets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools for effective lead management and sales tracking.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Delhi region as required.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
