Job Description

Operation management

  1. Understand sales numbers and do sales analysis – identify issues and find solutions to increase sales.

  2. Build the store network by searching for new properties to open stores – within the commercial targets.

  3. Maintain strong partner relationships by regular interactions and store visits.

  4. Inventory Planning & Management – right product at the right place. Ensure liquidation, consolidation, etc. is actioned to manage ideal inventory cover.

  5. Ensure effective deployment of staff at the doors within cost parameters & manage the teams.

  6. Train front end sales staff on product, selling skills, VM and SOPs.

  7. Competition analysis and feedback to the management on a regular basis.

  8. Ensure all Retail guidelines such as SOP’s, Store Hygiene, VM Checklist & standards, Team briefing & target activity review during store visits.

Administration

  • Ensure adherences of all statutory matters at the store and coordinate with the statutory bodies for any disparities arising.

  • Assist HR in the on-boarding activities and full & final clearance of the front-end staff.

  • Maintain and regularize monthly attendance of the front-end staff within stipulated time.

  • Induct new joinees about organisation policy & overview at the branch level.

Graduate / post-graduate.

Experience Requirements

  • 5-7 years of working experience in handling Retail doors.

  • Experience in handling a minimum team of 25 front end sales staff (CCA/Promoters).

  • Candidate from Consumer Durables, Footwear, Watch, Makeup & Perfumes, Apparels

Mobility/Travel

Extensive travel across the assigned region.

Computer Skills

Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Language

Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi and Local Language
