Job Description

As a Territory Manager for Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and establishing strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on generating sales for Legrand products, particularly in the government and power production sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading electrical and digital systems company and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government agencies and power production companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Legrand's power production products (switchgear).
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance to clients on Legrand's electrical and digital systems solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to showcase Legrand's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Legrand and network with potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold Legrand's brand image at all times.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of government sales processes and power production industry requirements.
  • Familiarity with Legrand's products, particularly switchgear and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and site visits.
  • A results-driven and customer-focused approach to work.
