Job Description

The role of Territory Manager in Wafi Energy is an impactful position, managing a territory of service stations across KP & Mianwali and will be responsible for, driving performance in fuel, lubricants, and convenience retail while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities
Maximize value &profit for Shell while achieving business targets
Drive volumes and margins for premium fuels and lubricants
Increase Convenience Retail (Shell Select) revenue
Ensure strong safety and customer satisfaction scores
Skills Requirements
Build strong Relationship/partnerships with retailers to achieve mutual goals
Use data insights to lead productive commercial discussions
Translate direction into results, managing multiple priorities
Ensure fair and strong negotiations to deliver results
Guide retailers in executing business plans & driving growth

Typically:
• Delivers the works as assigned, applying the work procedures, frameworks. Decides which approach they take; however, guidance could be provided by more senior colleagues.
• Portfolio scope is local. One straightforward operating business model exists.
• Interfaces with established stakeholders

Geographical spread is towards North Western KP & Mianwali District, however a resource is already deployed to look after 11 sites in Mianwali.

Qualification: Bachelors in Business Management/Administration or preferred Masters

Experience: 3- 5 Years
