About the Role

A rapidly growing and highly respected medical device organization is seeking a Territory Manager to drive business across northern Los Angeles in a specialized surgical call point.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven medical device sales professional to join a market-leading team focused on improving outcomes in women’s health and reconstructive procedures. The role combines capitalizing on existing relationships, growing procedural volume, and driving new business development in the operating room environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales objectives and grow market share
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, operating room (OR) staff, procurement, and key account stakeholders
• Conduct consultative sales calls highlighting clinical and financial value propositions
• Provide in-OR support during procedures, adhering to all facility protocols and compliance standards
• Leverage marketing tools, GPO/IDN contracts, and sales data to maximize territory performance
• Maintain strong knowledge of company's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Operate with the highest ethical standards in compliance with product guidelines and company policy

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of medical device sales experience (urology or implantable devices strongly preferred); OR experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Proven consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to support surgical procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with high initiative and results focus
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements for site access
