A high-growth medical technology company is transforming neurological diagnostics in acute care with a novel platform. Backed by top-tier investors, the platform is trusted by major hospitals and IDNs across the U.S.—and now expanding into Seattle, one of the nation’s largest and most dynamic medical markets.
Our team has been tapped to hire a Territory Manager to lead this strategic growth. You’ll partner with stakeholders across ED, ICU, Neurology, and hospital administration to drive adoption, build clinical champions, and close complex health system deals.
What You’ll Do
Launch and grow our presence in the Seattle medical market
Lead hospital-based sales cycles, from clinical engagement to C-suite contracting
Drive pipeline activity through outreach, education, and cold calling
Build long-term relationships across multiple departments
Hit or exceed territory revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in hospital-based medical device sales
Experience in neuro, critical care, or point-of-care technologies
Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and sell at the executive level
Hunter mindset with strong emotional intelligence and coachability
Top-tier performance (President’s Club, ROI-driven selling, etc.)

$95-115K base + uncapped variable ($250K+ OTE)
