How you can make a difference
Drive sales growth and market development for Hamilton Robotics within the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with laboratories, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, and healthcare customers
Advise customers on laboratory automation and liquid handling solutions, helping them optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
Lead customer engagements from initial opportunity assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
Develop and execute account plans to expand business within existing customers while generating new opportunities
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts through CRM
Represent Hamilton Robotics at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Contribute to the successful implementation of sold solutions by ensuring effective collaboration between customers and internal teams
That’s what you bring along
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
Proven sales experience (3 to 5 years) within Life Sciences, laboratory automation, diagnostics, scientific instrumentation, or a related industry
Strong track record of developing new business and growing customer relationships
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into value-driven solutions as well as laboratory workflows (e.g. PCR, qPCR, NGS, DNA/RNA extraction, ELISA, etc.)
Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders
Commercially minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in Dutch and English witten and spoken (C1 level)
Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands (70%)
