This position will manage system wide inventory levels, coordinate product movement and oversee field audit activities within the Field Operations Unit. Identify and drive strategic inventory optimization processes at the Corporate, Regional and Agency levels. The Territory Manager, Field Operations will be responsible for maximizing field inventory logistics, field utilization and agency product availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Working knowledge of procedures and practices in office services, especially in supplies and inventory. Understanding of effective and efficient methods of storing and managing inventory.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) advanced Excel skills preferred
• ERP software (SAP) preferred
• Inventory Management Software
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
