Ready to take your career to the next level? Join our growing ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) team and help shape the future of surgical care. This field-based role supports hospitals and clinicians across Sweden & Denmark, with some coverage in Norway and Finland.

Based in Sweden or Denmark, you will take ownership of a diverse, innovative portfolio and play a pivotal role in strengthening our partnerships with hospitals, clinicians and procurement bodies.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic and expanding specialty, building genuine partnerships with ENT surgeons, theatre teams and procurement staff. Working closely with your regional and marketing colleagues, you’ll develop strategies that deliver exceptional service and patient outcomes. You’ll ensure product availability aligns with clinical needs and identify new opportunities to grow your territory. Your ideas, energy and initiative will help shape how we serve our customers and grow the business.

  • Build genuine partnerships with ENT surgeons, theatre teams and procurement staff

  • Work with your regional and marketing teams to develop strategies that deliver exceptional service and patient outcomes

  • Ensure product availability aligns with customer and patient needs

  • Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities, driving account performance and supporting clinical excellence

What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a trusted partner who delivers solutions, not just products. You’ll take ownership of your territory and build relationships that lead to long-term growth and loyalty.

You should also have the following:

  • Proven sales experience in a theatre or surgical environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen, communication and relationship-building skills with both clinical and non-clinical partners.

  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.

  • A valid driving licence and fluency in English.

Travel Requirements: >75% within your patch.
