Drive territory sales growth by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying and securing dewatering project opportunities, and delivering exceptional commercial and technical support to achieve business objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Drive territory growththrough strategic planning, market analysis, and achievement of business targets.

  • Manage key customer relationshipsand deliver responsive support to maximise satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead sales and tendering activitiesto secure dewatering project opportunities and revenue growth.

  • Optimise product performancethrough market insights, innovation, competitive pricing, and margin management.

  • Ensure operational excellencethrough KPI achievement, compliance, reporting, and industry engagement.

  • Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

  • Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1–2 years’ relevant professional experience.

  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking:Strong capability to analyse market data, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop effective business solutions.

  • Communication & Presentation Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and engage stakeholders confidently.

  • Technical & Software Proficiency:Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business systems.

  • Industry & Commercial Knowledge:Experience in mining, minerals, dewatering, technical sales, pricing strategies, tendering, and commercial negotiations is advantageous.

  • Safety & Compliance Awareness:Understanding of OHS&E requirements and commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.
