We are looking for a Territory Manager – Cardio to drive the growth and adoption of our market-leading solutions within Structural Heart and Interventional Cardiology across Sweden and Finland. In this highly visible role, you will partner with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and hospital stakeholders to expand access to life-changing therapies and imaging technologies.
About the Role
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development and management of all assigned accounts within your territory. You will drive procedural growth, increase market share, and support the adoption of cardiac occluder therapies for left atrial appendage closure (LAA) as well as Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both commercial and technical activities, working closely with customers to deliver outstanding clinical and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives across assigned accounts.
Build strong relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and key hospital stakeholders.
Develop account plans, identify new business opportunities, and support tender processes.
Provide clinical and technical support during LAAO procedures and support adoption of ICE technology.
Deliver product and therapy training to physicians and cath lab teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer support and patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with company standards.
What You'll Bring
University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or related technical field.
Strong experience within the medical device industry.
Proven success supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and collaborating with Interventional Cardiologists.
Experience with left atrial appendage closure/occlusion (LAAO) procedures.
Experience working in Cath Labs and/or Hybrid Operating Rooms.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and account management capabilities.
Professional proficiency in English.
Experience working with Electrophysiology programmes and/or Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) is highly desirable.
