What The Position is About:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on commercial retail accounts and general contractors in the assigned territory
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Competitively price and quote jobs while managing margins, forecasting sales, and maintaining accountability for budget targets
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Wholesale distribution experience
• The ability to retain existing business, grow current accounts, and hunt for new business
• Flooring experience is a plus
