Job Description

We are seeking a driven and organized Territory Manager to manage and grow sales within Southeastern New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse territory while traveling regularly.

The Territory Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for retail and commercial customers, building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 – $85,000 depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory across NB and PEI
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer visits
  • Present product offerings, promotions, and programs effectively
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain detailed records and submit reports in a timely manner

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in territory sales, distribution, or wholesale (automotive or tire industry experience is an asset)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and travel efficiently
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the territory
  • Self-motivated with strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
