At the Operating Unit Animal Health Nordics, steered out of Copenhagen, we are dedicated to deliver health to animals in Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Territory Manager, you will be the link between Boehringer Ingelheim and veterinary clinics in your territory.

You will partner with veterinary teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and create value through scientific dialogue, education, and customer-focused solutions.

Every clinic is different. Some conversations will focus on disease management and scientific data. Others may be about clinic workflows, customer experience, preventive healthcare, or business development opportunities. Your role is to understand each clinic's reality and provide relevant support that makes a difference.

You will manage your own territory, develop customer plans, and build long-term partnerships while working closely with colleagues from Technical Services, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and other Animal Health functions.

This position reports to the Sales Manager Pets Nordics and is based in the Stockholm region.

• Stay current with disease areas, treatment options, clinical evidence, and animal health trends.

Collaborate across functions

• Work closely with technical, marketing, and customer-facing colleagues.
• Share insights from the field to help shape future initiatives and customer support programs.

Manage your business effectively

• Maintain customer plans, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
• Use data and insights to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities.
• Manage territory resources responsibly and professionally.

YOU BRING

You do not need to know everything on day one. What matters most is your passion for animal health, your ability to build relationships, and your desire to learn.

We believe you have:

• A degree in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, life sciences, or another relevant field.
• Experience in a customer-facing, commercial, or consultative role.
• A genuine passion for companion animal health and veterinary medicine.
• An interest in understanding the realities and challenges faced by veterinary clinics.
• The ability to translate scientific knowledge into practical value for customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting ideas and engaging in meaningful professional discussions.
• Business understanding and the ability to turn insights into action.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license.
