Who you are:

We are seeking an energetic, passionate and innovative sales professional who has a passion to make a difference, and the drive to achieve it. We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long-term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets.

You either come from a background as a hospital sales/medical device representative or you are in a clinical position and are comfortable interacting across different clinical environments and at all levels. While you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.

Your responsibility:

  • Promote and increase knowledge and usage of ostomy care products and solutions into Hospitals.

  • Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.

  • Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.

  • Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.

  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
