Veolia is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Environmental Services team based in Bendigo 3550. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across your defined territory, while maintaining and growing Veolia's current SME customer base. This role combines time in the office with time out on the road, giving you the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own work week.

Remuneration package includes base salary, car allowance and fuel card/etag, super, and commission structure
Opportunity for ongoing training and development and career progression

Hunt and establish new business growth for Veolia's Environmental Services line of business
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with forecast opportunities identified as short, medium, and long-term prospects
Monitor customer satisfaction levels to provide a quality service that exceeds expectations
Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers and the marketplace within the defined territory
Previous experience within a business development or account management role
A track record for maintaining and developing relationships with high-level stakeholders
Experience in Sales, the Waste industry, or with Salesforce (any combination advantageous)
Experience using G-Suite, Salesforce, and SAP preferred but not essential
Valid Driver's Licence
