Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and independent sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory. In this role, you'll build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help more people access important services and products. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with others, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a goal-driven environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and follow a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and territory planning.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and influencers.
  • Present the company’s services and value in person and through digital communications.
  • Support existing clients and identify ways to improve service and grow referrals.
  • Track performance and adjust plans to improve results.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as CRM updates, expense reports, and travel planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience (5+ years preferred); consistent top sales performance is a plus
  • Medical sales experience in pharma or device is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving
  • Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet goals
  • Willing to travel 25–35% for meetings and events
