Function: Sales
Job Responsibilities
1. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centres assigned to you
2. You Shall be responsible for ensuring sales process adherence by sales team.
3. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc.
4. Facilitate data management, team management and preparing MIS reports
5. Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling by sales team
6. You shall make productive BA tie ups
7. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.
8. Ensuring sales team is doing proper and timely follow-ups of walk-ins.
9.Visiting regularly the centers assigned to you and ensuring sales targets are delivered.
Minimum Education : Graduate
Work Experience 12 years - 18 Years
Age: 35 years - 42 Years
Gender: Male / Female
Industry Exposure Required:
1) Excellent communication and selling skills.
2) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
3) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
4) Preference would be given to Candidates from reputed Education / Time Share/Pharma /Financial Sales(Insurance & Banking only) companies.
5) Requires extensive travelling
