Purpose and Summary Statement
The Territory Field Manager plays a pivotal role in driving profitability and growth for the Farm Seed Division of Seedway. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, promoting the brand, establishing new customer relationships, and growing with existing customers. The Territory Field Manager will implement key marketing activities to maximize organic growth and expand Seedway’s reach in the Eastern North Carolina region.
