Summary: The Territory Director, Corporate Partnerships serves as the primary corporate partnerships lead responsible for executing the corporate partnerships strategy and achieving revenue goals within the assigned territory. Through close collaboration with cross functional teams, this role is responsible for the strategic leadership of multi-regional and national 6+ figure partnerships, driving new partners to our mission and expanding existing relationships. This role includes direct supervision of the Corporate Partnerships Director and is responsible for meeting individual revenue goals through management of a personal portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
• Lead and own corporate partnership development working closely with regional and national cross functional teams to identify emerging corporate trends to cultivate and close meaningful, strategic partnerships.
• Serves as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of priority corporations responsible for an identified individual revenue goal.
• Drive revenue growth by securing six+ figure partnerships, ensuring customized solutions and outstanding delivery in collaboration with account teams.
• Provide direct oversight, coaching and strategic guidance to Director, Corporate Partnerships staff within assigned Territory.
• Exemplify exceptional external development leadership, consistently embodying the One Blood Cancer United mindset and setting a standard of excellence for peers and key stakeholders.
• Provide high-level expertise across all corporate industries, to drive both revenue generation and strategic partnership development in support of campaign and mission funding needs.
• Partner with Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships on strategic negotiations, escalations and enterprise level partner relationships as needed.
• Build, nurture, and leverage relationships with cross functional teams with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to identify and optimize value propositions for each corporate account, ultimately driving mission impact and sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead regional teams in identifying, structuring and closing complex, multi-year, 6+figure partnerships.
• Engage with external CEOs and senior leaders from various functions to explore mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration, ensuring alignment with both corporate objectives and Blood Cancer United goals.
• Provide continuous expertise, guidance, and support to regional teams, aiding in the development and execution of account strategies that deliver maximum value for both partners and Blood Cancer United.
• Represent Blood Cancer United with credibility and professionalism in senior level internal and external settings as appropriate.
Financial Oversight
• Accountable for annual Territory corporate partnerships revenue line within designated territory.
• Use CRM to manage relationships, and maintain forecast integrity, ensuring visibility and accountability across all partnership stages
• Assure a fiscally sound operation, including the timely, accurate and comprehensive development of contributions income and expense budgets, reporting, monitoring, and implementation.
Other Duties
• Maintain a working knowledge of Blood Cancer United mission and programs to promote Organizational initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of non-profit corporate partnership experience with a solid track record of interacting with the highest level of corporate leadership and closing significant partnerships
• Experience at the national level within the nonprofit industry
• Successful track record of collaborating in a highly matrixed organization
• Experience in the daily use of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in negotiation and solution-oriented problem solving
• Excellent use of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

• Proven track record of closing and managing 6+ figure corporate partnerships
• Experience in creating deep and meaningful prospect pipelines with strategic moves management plans
• Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring budgets to ensure financial accuracy, accountability, and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Experience leading teams to pursue and secure major opportunities through thoughtful account strategy, executive level relationship development, negotiation planning, and portfolio wide thinking
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Weekend & evening work may be on occasion
• Territory travel: approximately 40%-50%

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $129K to $160K. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
