As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffinggaps into reliable, high‑quality execution. You providehands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintainoperational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, andensure storesstaysaligned with company expectations.
Primary responsibilities include:
Represent Mondelēz: in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellenceas you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
Serve as a trusted field partner: delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcingMondelēz’s standards and expectations.
Execute daily coverage: completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order WritingExcellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
Implement promotional displays: ensuring compliance withRTMnegotiatedplans andmaintainingstrongvisibility of our brands.
Follow assigned schedules: executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensureefficient and effective territory coverage.
Assistwith seasonal transitions: supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, andhighvisibilitypromotional events.
Build andmaintainrelationships: partnering with store personnel—including receivers, departmentmanagers, and store leadership—to support smooth execution and collaboration.
Support capabilitybuilding reinforcing foundational skills andassistingwith the onboarding of newMerchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
Develop for future leadership: building the operational, communication, andproblemsolvingskills that serveasa strong foundationfor future advancement into management roles.
Stay Safe & Compliant: Embrace the physical nature of the role—including lifting, bending, and movingproduct—while following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies to ensuresafe and responsible driving across the territory.

Coverage & Execution Excellence–Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles tomaintainconsistent shelfstandards, product rotation, and display execution across the territory.

Time & Task Management –Organized and efficient in completing store visits, managing coverage assignments, and maintainingconsistentexecution across multiple locations.
Physical Readiness –Energetic and capable of lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the day with pride and purpose
Capability Support–Confident reinforcing foundational skills and supporting the onboarding of new Merchandisers and OrderWriters to strengthen field capability.
Requirements Include:
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the personresides
High School Diploma or GEDrequired;college degree preferred
1-3years of experiencein retail or consumer goods preferred
Live within 50 miles range from the primary location: Clark, New Jersey
Secondary Location: New Jersey: Middletown, Freehold, Hamilton
Schedule availabilityrequiredMonday to Friday - any occasional changes are communicated in advance.
Ability to travel across assigned markets
Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.
The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
