Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Territory Manager – New Business Acquisition to join our Sales team and drive merchant growth across Upper or Lower Austria.

This is a true hunter role, focused on developing your territory, identifying new opportunities, winning new merchants, and generating sustainable revenue growth. Success in this role is built on proactively opening doors, creating pipeline, and closing new business rather than managing existing customer relationships.

What You'll Own

• Own and execute a territory growth plan focused on winning new merchants and expanding market share.
• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through proposal creation, contract negotiation, and successful onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within the SME and Mid-Market segment.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process.
• Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain quality CRM discipline.
• Continuously monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the territory.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting, networking, and winning new business.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Merchant Acquiring, Payments, Payment Acceptance, POS Solutions, E-Commerce Payments, or FinTech.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services with direct responsibility for business development and customer acquisition.
• Understanding of card payments, payment processing, and value-added payment solutions.
• Existing network within the SME and Mid-Market business community.
• Experience working in a highly competitive, target-driven sales environment.
