District Account Manager (Coimbatore) | Johnson & Johnson MedTech

Join Johnson & Johnson MedTech to drive sales of Orthopaedic Joint Implants and VELYS robotic surgery solutions.

Act as Product Expert for presentations with national accountability to multiple stakeholders across the Private and public landscape in conjunction with the joints Sales Representative.

Supports all salesforce and customer installation and technical service requirements in assigned region.

Manages logistical planning and implementation for procuring, moving, relocating, or repositioning equipment.

Sharing of best practice across region to ensure we constantly improve our integration of the robot.

Knowledge of publication, industry, or tech knowledge- be the expert in their field.

Maintain knowledge of competitor products, be up to date with other offerings.

Involved in roll out of new products/ updates

Manages customer relationships as RAS expert before, during and after installation. Clinical support for surgeon customer during initial robotics procedures.

Provides first line of service to internal and external customers for complex technical troubleshooting and resolution.

Delivers institutional facility training content to sterile processing, engineering, and others as required.

Assists sales organization with the efficient and effective utilization of equipment.

Quickly identify and solve problems on-the-go

Self-starter, ability to work without daily direction to maximize results

Team Player – work closely with VELYS Digital Surgery partners and FSE (Field Service Engineer) to show unified approach in maximizing the customer experience
