THE ROLE
The role will be located within the Project team of CMA Terminals, 100% affiliate of CMA CGM specialized in investing in and operating container terminal facilities throughout the world (8 Bn USD+ portfolio valuation).
Reporting to the Head of Department, the Terminal Project Senior Manager will be in charge of conducting projects (Greenfield, M&A) linked to Terminals for the CMA CGM Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishing Investment plans and financial models & structuration of deals (Greenfield or M&A) Presentation of the risks and opportunities of the project by identifying its profitability and full commercial and market potential. Structuration of the deal (acquisition, JV agreement, leveraging principles, equity cash-out requests, adequate shareholding, etc.). To do so, you manage workshops with internal and external stakeholders and collect the necessary information on legal & contractual, volumes, financing, tax, operational and technical topics from the specialized departments.
Applying to public tender offers and developing private partnerships through acquisitions and Joint Ventures. Assisted by the Group's support departments (M&A, legal, etc.) and consultants, you will do everything possible to answer calls for tender within the given time, and then follow up on all phases of negotiation and development of the projects that you are involved in. You will actively participate in the project documentation for JV deals and acquisitions.
Potential Management of Project Managers and/or graduate programs or interns of the department. It includes internal training to improve competencies of the team and reporting to the Head of Department regarding the development of the team.
