We are the exclusive Shell licensee in Australia and supply around a quarter of Australia’s fuel through our commercial partnerships with some of Australia’s biggest companies in the aviation, marine, bitumen, transport, resources, construction and manufacturing industries and through our extensive network of over 1,250 service stations.
Reporting to the Terminal Manager, this full-time role would suit someone that wants to stay active and has an interest in the petroleum industry.
We welcome applicants from a wide range of technical and non-traditional backgrounds, including (but not limited to) tradespeople, process operators, nurses, healthcare workers, laboratory technicians, and other technically oriented roles. If you don’t have direct industry experience, a structured training program is available for the right candidates.
A day in the life of a Terminal Operator:
On the job training will gradually build your skills and develop your competence over time. Full competence is typically achieved after two years, however this will be verified on individual tasks as each skill is obtained.
