Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement
• Use tools like Excel and data visualization to present findings
• Assess current workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to track operational metrics
• Document procedures, policies, and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Work closely with departments such as shore operation, TS-LBE, finance, sales, IT to align operations with business goals
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to implement changes effectively
• Identify operational risk and risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Leverage software tools and systems to streamline processes
• Recommend and assist in implementing new technologies to enhance operations
• Track Key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of operational changes
• Provide recommendations for ongoing adjustment to maintain efficiency

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Operations Management and Industrial Engineering
• At least has 2 years of experience in Shipping Operations
