Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the delivery of advanced silicon platform validation solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards. The individual drives technical excellence, manages cross-functional teams, and champions innovation in validation processes and technologies, contributing to strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide architectural leadership for silicon platform validation by designing and overseeing Python-based automation frameworks to ensure robust and scalable test coverage.
2. Direct cross-functional collaboration to translate client requirements into high-quality validation strategies, integrating Python tools for efficient test execution and analysis.
3. Establish and enforce solution architecture standards and compliance protocols, leveraging silicon validation best practices and Python scripting to maintain technical integrity.
4. Govern project execution by monitoring validation progress, budget utilization, and risk mitigation, applying strategic direction to achieve successful client delivery.
5. Drive process innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies in silicon validation, recommending Python-based enhancements for improved automation and efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Architectural leadership in silicon platform validation with expert proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis.
2. Advanced understanding of solution architecture, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks relevant to silicon validation.
3. Excellent ability to integrate Python scripting with validation hardware and software platforms.
4. Strong skills in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication across technical and business domains.
5. Expertise in identifying and implementing process improvements and new technologies in the validation lifecycle.

Other Requirements

1. Recommended: ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or IEEE Certified Software Development Professional.
2. Optional but valuable: Certified Python Programmer (PCPP), ARM Accredited Engineer.
