The Stringer's top priority is to ensure every customer receives the best possible tennis experience with the racquet service provided including stringing, re-stringing, general racquet maintenance, and customization.Sets a standard of excellence in service and product knowledge regarding all types of string, string patterns, and racquets. Grows revenue to meet and exceed personal and department financial goals.Demonstrates member focused customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
