We are currently seeking a Public Sector Tenders Manager

The role includes:

  • End-to-end management and leadership of public sector tenders and proposals, from opportunity identification through submission
  • Management, mentoring, and professional development of a team of tenders and proposals specialists
  • Responsibility for identifying, screening, and prioritizing potential tenders in alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives
  • Leading the drafting and development of high-quality proposal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to tight deadlines
  • Defining bid strategies and shaping competitive, value-driven proposals tailored to client needs
  • Ongoing collaboration with partners, senior managers, and various advisory practices across the firm
  • Providing professional guidance and support to advisory teams in all public sector client engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree - mandatory
  • Proven and significant experience in managing, leading, and submitting public sector tenders and proposals, including hands-on experience working in accordance with the Mandatory Tenders Law - mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and/or leading professional teams – mandatory
  • Experience in public sector project management – an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of tendering and proposal methodologies, with a strong focus on the government and public sector – an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with tight submission deadlines
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and effective prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and align multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written communication and drafting skills in Hebrew at a very high level
  • Systemic thinking, strategic mindset, and strong managerial capabilities
