We are searching for the best talent for Tenders & Contracting Specialist role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process amendments to commercial contracts.
• Ensure that contract amendments are compliant with the main contract, tender requirements, and applicable internal procedures.
• Coordinate the approval process for contract amendments in cooperation with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Finance, and other relevant functions.
• Implement contractual changes in AFA and CM applications.
• Maintain contract documentation and records in designated folders and systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and appropriate version control of contract documentation.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely completion of contract amendments.
• Support business teams with contractual changes and their implications.
• Coordinate the signature process and ensure proper archiving of signed contract amendments.
• Maintain registers of contracts and contract amendments.
• Track and report the status of contract amendments, including open, in progress, and signed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable compliance requirements, audit standards, and internal policies.
• Provide backup support for the Bids & Tenders Department Assistant.
• Manage the end-to-end preparation and submission of public tender offers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

zł80,000.00 - zł123,050.00
