We are looking for a motivated professional to join our offices as a Tendering Specialist.

The role involves managing the entire tendering process — from analyzing bid documentation to coordinating the submission of offers — while leading the tender throughout all stages of the process.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documentation, ensuring compliance with all administrative and technical requirements, and assess the feasibility of participation;

  • Prepare and coordinate all administrative aspects of bids, ensuring the timely collection and organization of necessary documentation for submission to clients;

  • Oversee all stages of the tender process, from qualification to final submission, including verification of requirements and handling of extensions or additional requests;

  • Prepare and manage all documentation required for contract award and signing;

  • Maintain close collaboration with internal departments, partners, suppliers, and consortium members in cases of joint ventures (RTI) or partnerships;

  • Manage relationships with insurance providers for the issuance of guarantees and policies;

  • Liaise with notary offices for the signing of official documents;

  • Handle company certifications and ensure their timely renewal;

  • Register and maintain company profiles and documentation on supplier and tender portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Law, as well as related disciplines.

  • Languages: Italian, English (advanced)

  • Problem-solving skills and ease in acquiring knowledge in the field of civil engineering, working on high-quality projects and collaborating with experienced professionals.
