If you are customer-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a dynamic technical environment, we would love to hear from you.

How you'll make an impact

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, proactively following up on quotations, opportunities, and commercial inquiries
  • Coordinating communication and follow-up on cases with internal teams (sales, logistics, purchasing, finance, and technical support) to ensure the creation and processing of service offers
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and managing issues with escalation if needed.
  • Providing customer support including sharing information about service offerings, products, and prices based on current standard rates.
  • Maintain customer master data and ensure accurate archiving of commercial documentation across SAP, MDG, SharePoint, and other business systems
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure efficient order execution and an excellent customer experience throughout the spare parts lifecycle

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • First experience in after-sales service, project management, commercial support, sales operations, spare parts administration, or a similar role
  • Good understanding of offer preparation, quotation management, contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms, order execution, contract administration, logistics processes, invoicing, and customer support
  • Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Traveling sometimes within the European Union if needed. Frequent interaction with rail customers and HITACHI Energy European Front-End-Sales Team are expected
