How you'll make an impact

  • Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope

  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs

  • Manage tender timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions

  • Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions

  • Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates

  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks

  • Engage with customers to clarify requirements and support a positive experience

Your background

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical and market data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
