Job Description

AGRILAND FS is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to support our agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. This position will operate and maintain semi tender trucks and other delivery vehicles while helping with a variety of seasonal and day-to-day operational needs.

No two days are necessarily the same. Work will change based on the season and current business needs, giving you the opportunity to learn different areas of the operation and work with a variety of equipment. You'll receive paid, in-house training and have the opportunity to develop your CDL and equipment skills along the way.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18
• Dependable and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable working both independently and alongside a team
• Interest in equipment, mechanics, and learning how things operate
• Willingness to learn proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching into difficult-to-access areas

Previous experience isn't required. Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. AGRILAND FS will provide the training needed to learn the equipment, understand the job, and build the skills necessary to be successful.
