Role: Tender Supply Analyst
Location The position is based at our Canary Wharf office, One Canada Square. The role has a geographical remit covering Europe - occasional travel will be required.

The Tender Supply Analyst has a broad scope of responsibilities related to bulk fuel supply operations, tender management and supporting the Europe Supply Team. Providing reliable, effective and timely support ensures the continuity of cost-effective supply of fuel to WFS customers. Tender management for Commercial and General Aviation customers is a primary focus for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a full support service to the European supply team.
Providing support to the bulk sales team.
Liaise with sales & support teams regarding tender management.
Input costs and fees into Tender management system.
Supporting invoice and general queries.
Use of TMS (Tender Management System) and CXL (Oracle Commodity) systems to achieve accurate and efficient reporting and analysis.
Tender Contract Management and coordination with all relevant departments.
Collaboration with internal and external partners.
Assist with niche sales opportunities for various product grades and contract requirements.
Managing system quote levels and ensuring we are in line with market conditions.
Provide support to Commercial back-to-back Supply & Sales tender process
Assisting with the vetting & set-up of new business partners.
Essential Skills
Fluent English written and oral communication skills are essential.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
A desire to work within the field of supply and the commodities industry is essential.
Analytical ability and strong numerical skills are essential.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Being a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills is important.
Able to prioritize and work effectively to timelines.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of hedging and price risk management process is desirable.
Supply chain management experience, gained within an oil provider, is desirable but not essential.
Ideally Degree qualified, but relevant industry experience &/or other qualifications will be considered valuable.
Additional languages would be desirable.
