Job Description

FLENDER is searching for a Tender Specialist to be part of the Internal Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for tender responses and bid proposals
• Research and identify potential tender opportunities in the market
• Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions
• Review and evaluate tender requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with company capabilities
• Support negotiation processes for pricing and terms with customers
• Maintain a database of all tender responses and outcomes for analysis and improvement
• Monitor and track tender results, providing feedback to sales team for future bids
• Ensure all tender deadlines are met and submissions are of high quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in tender management
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and tender management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
