· Managing tender process
· Review and ensure administration and technical documents can be aligned and meet tender requirements
· Coordinate with related departments to ensure complete submission
· Update any changes in tender regulation
· Promote SPIE in potential market
· Develop networking with potential clients and explore potential opportunities
· Do market analysis (including changes in regulation), customer and competitor intelligence
· Define and develop business strategy for SPIE's business positioning
· Maintain sales volume in the pipeline for business sustainability
-Barchelors Degree
-Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in tendering, quantity surveying, contracts, or commercial management.
-Strong experience in costing, contractor procurement, and contract review.
-Good knowledge of oil & gas industry, claims, payment terms, liquidated damages, extensions of time, and commercial risk.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tender or quantity take-off software.
-Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-Able to manage multiple tenders and work under tight submission deadlines
